Great location near the convention center, cozy rooms with comfortable beds, and updated decor. Free breakfast with a variety of options like automatic pancake maker, waffle maker, and even gummy candies - kids loved it!
Issue with valet parking service not moving guest vehicles to the monitored parking lot as promised, leading to unexpected charges and poor customer service when trying to address the problem.

The football hall of fame was basically next door, so I got my dose of sports history. the private parking was a lifesaver because who wants to deal with street parking drama?
Valet parking felt like a luxury I couldn't escape.
